Police work could be very brutal it is very hard for a women to be in the police field. Especially now a days. The main reason for unequal treatment received is due to the cause of women being untreated is because men in the police field have a tendcey to think that woman aren’t made for the police work. I believe woman are available to work in the police field. But I also believe that woman have to be treated a certain way due to people in the real world scenario they aren’t going to care if your a women if they are threatening you, you would have to respond the same way other would in the police field. I will say it’s uncommon for woman in the poilce field to be treated unfair due to so many women in the police field in today’s society.
